This website (swdprobe.com) is operated by Trebletree ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@swdprobe.com.
If you fill in the early-access registration form, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, and optionally your company, intended use case, expected quantity, and any message. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any sensitive personal information.
Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).
Form submissions are handled by our form provider (FormSubmit) and delivered to us by email. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing mailing list.
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, and we may run search advertising (e.g. Google Ads) with conversion measurement. These tools may set cookies or use similar identifiers. Where required, we will ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set.
We keep early-access registrations until the product launches and we have contacted you, or until you ask us to delete your details — whichever comes first.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email hello@swdprobe.com and we will action it.
We may update this policy as the product and the business develop. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
